I am a carlisle based cake maker - I create and bake beautiful bespoke cakes for all sorts of occasions based in Carlisle, Cumbria. These include cakes for weddings, birthdays, christenings and any other celebration you can possibly think of!
The fun part! We get to creating your lovely cake and making your tasty creation real.
Please note that apart from some wedding cakes I do not offer delivery and you will need to collect your cake from me, but I do offer very flexible collection times, including evenings and weekends, to help you work around your work and family commitments. The cakes will be fully boxed in purpose made cake boxes with lids.
Payments are by cash and bank transfer only please
After training as a chef and pastry chef then working in red star hotels, I then had two celebration cake shops in Penrith for many years. I am an active member of the award winning section of the Sugar craft guild and I now work fully from home in Carlisle and have a 5 rated local council food certificate . It is easy to find on your sat nav.
I have made many hundreds if not thousands of cakes and take great joy in the fabulous gasps and great reactions from all my customers when they first see their cakes, and later messages that it was also the best cake they and their guests have ever tasted. The taste is as important as the outer design!
